1. Terms & Conditions

MAXROS CAFETERIA” maintains the website  https://maxros.nutribotcrm.com/ (“Site”).

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and the governing law is the local UAE law.

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in AED are accepted for payment.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same as the price and currency printed on the transaction receipt. The amount charged to the customer’s card will appear in the cardholder’s currency.

We do not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Customers using the website who are minors (under the age of 18) shall not register as users of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

2. Delivery Policy

We deliver our products within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
All deliveries are carried out by third-party courier partners, based on the delivery method selected and agreed upon by the customer at checkout.

Delivery within UAE cities shall be next day of the order date . UAE Delivery Fees will be included in the meal plan Price. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.


3. Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of receiving the payment.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.

Please allow 10 to 45 days for the refund to be completed, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.


5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued back to the original payment method used by the customer.
Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the bank’s processing time.

    • Meal Plan New Order Cut-Off Times

      • If a customer places an order before 12:00 PM, the earliest possible delivery will be within two days.

      • If a customer places an order after 12:00 PM, the earliest possible delivery will be within three days.

      Meal Selection & Change Cut-Off Times

      • If a customer wants to select or change a previously chosen meal before 12:00 PM, the earliest possible day for the change is two days later.

      • If a customer wants to select or change a previously chosen meal after 12:00 PM, the earliest possible day for the change is three days later.

      Location Change Cut-Off Times

      • If a customer changes their delivery address before 12:00 PM, the earliest possible day for the change is two days later.

      • If a customer changes their delivery address after 12:00 PM,  the earliest possible day for the change is three days later.

      Delivery Cancellation Cut-Off Times

      • If a customer cancels a delivery before 12:00 PM, the earliest delivery day that can be canceled is two days later.

      • If a customer cancels a delivery after 12:00 PM, the earliest delivery day that can be canceled is three days later.

             Reschedule the delivery is set to max 14 days only
